If you have any blemishes against you, that does not disqualify you, but will make more money for the move in so the best-case scenario would be is whatever the rent is it’s going to be the same as the deposit.

 

We do not go by credit score at all! there’s a possibility of criminal record exist, depending on what the charges are as well. we would like for you to drive by the property. Make sure you’d like the area if yes get with us and then we will need to send an application to each person. That’s 18 or older. That’s going to be living there.
